I bought a new Cadillac from James Wood a few mont ... and all that support him are nothing short of SUPERSTARS!!!! I wish I could rate Will a 1000. I bought a new Cadillac from James Wood a few months back. I was having a supply chain order issue from Cadillac, trying to get parts for a repair. Will Davis stood by me the entire time, made sure I was not without a car to drive and I honestly felt like he cared, along with my sales person Rossie Sewell and the service manager, Brandon. My car is back with me, running better than ever. Love Love that I bought from James Wood Cadillac ! Feel confident that if you go there for your vehicle needs, you will be taken care of !! Customer waiting area is nice. However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the servic However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the service writer to log in your car and set up the mechanic to do the work. My appointment was for an item that takes less than one hour for completion. I was there 3 hours and left without taking advantage of your. "Free Carwash" because I had already been there 3 HOURS. Please rethink your procedures. MY TIME IS ALSO VALUABLE!!! More
