The people at Phil Long Ford did an excellent job, was disappointed that the item I took my car in for was not covered by the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car but that does not take awa disappointed that the item I took my car in for was not covered by the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car but that does not take away from the job done by the service dept. WAS a decades long customer. I will no longer use Phil Long Ford. Two recent repairs. Had my truck for several days each time. Multiple instances when I was told a part would be in the next day. 2 - 3 Long Ford. Two recent repairs. Had my truck for several days each time. Multiple instances when I was told a part would be in the next day. 2 - 3 days pass with no call from the service rep. Communication was absolutely terrible. I had to call several times to be told once again that the part did not come in. You would think that a customer service rep would at least call to let me know they are keeping my truck for a couple more days. On the first repair, I got my truck back and 3 new things did not work (windshield wipers, horn and rear window). I brought it back in and got the same treatment. You kept my truck for 10 days with the same type of treatment. Finally got to pick up my truck and was told that someone would bring it out to me. I waited 20 minutes, then had to go back into the office and ask where my truck was. "Oh, I'll go get it" was the response. Waited another 10 minutes before my truck appeared. I understand that parts get delayed, but just keeping my truck longer than I was told WITHOUT ANY PHONE CALLS is ridiculous. No apology...no nothing from the rep. Customer Service at Phil Long Ford is non-existent as far as I am concerned. What a change from the past. It was clear that I was of no importance to the service rep I was working with and because of that I will take my business elsewhere. What a shame. More

Friendly Staff I expected a more thorough diagnosis and repair of my truck.That is why I had it sent to Phil Long Ford to start with. My truck was stolen and the tru I expected a more thorough diagnosis and repair of my truck.That is why I had it sent to Phil Long Ford to start with. My truck was stolen and the truck was badly damaged. Door locks and ignition switch needed to be replaced. Ignition Switch that was put in sticks and was instrumental in my starter motor burning up and having to be replaced. Almost a thousand dollar fix. Took my truck back to Phil long for this repair. Ignition switch was not replaced but was lubricated .It still sticks and I am worried it will happen again. Thorough job would to be sure this part was working and if not replaced.If the truck had been checked out and repaired better I would not be out so much money that the insurance company would had taken care of. I have paid out over three thousand dollars so far to repair things that could have been taken care of by insurance. I am not done yet. More
