Why make a appointment!!!!!! I bought a certified truck from Phil long witch was a great experience. Engine light came on I called service talked to Wayne he said they were backed I bought a certified truck from Phil long witch was a great experience. Engine light came on I called service talked to Wayne he said they were backed up. I made a appointment for the following week I asked about a rental car he told me they were out but had a shuttle that could take me home. Showed up to drop my truck off was told they are backed up would be a few days. Uh xxx is my appointment for?? Larry told me he would get it done next day. But there backed up? Asked for the shuttle o you live to far away. I got pissed!! A courtesy car popped up for me. Terrible service experience........ More

Recall service Phil long did a pretty good job of taking care of two recall issues with my ford fusion. Took a little longer than what they originally told me. 2014 Focus- When I arrived at the service department, I felt welcomed - a big plus for the service department. Not choosing to stay, I took the shuttle home.
