I have been looking at Jeeps for a while now, test drove several before coming here. The sales department was great. Virgil Jenkins did an awesome job finding me this truck and selling it to me. The detail department somehow managed to mess up the operation of the front seats. The service department, well not sure what to say I'm not impressed. The mechanics looked at the front seats and said they needed to order seat rails for the front seats. Myself and a friend fixed both front seats in 10 minutes with no parts the pass seat was pushed to far forward and got jammed we unjammed it. The driver seat would not recline, we reset the rod in the back of the seat, so not real pleases with the service department. The 2 managers i dealt with up front were awesome just like Virgil was.
