Damaged my vehicle while servicing I took my vehicle in to be serviced only to get it back damaged. It took them an hour to bring it out of the wash. Once they brought it out I immediat I took my vehicle in to be serviced only to get it back damaged. It took them an hour to bring it out of the wash. Once they brought it out I immediately noticed a large crack on my windshield. I went back inside and told Jordan the service advisor. He came out saw the damage and told his boss. Jordan then told me they had to review cameras and get back to me. Several days later after calling and calling, Vince the service manager finally called me back. Vince accused me of leaving the dealership before I reported the damage. Then said a rock caused the damage. He said they were not going to fix it. I’m a police officer and for him to lie really set me off. I made a police report and I am taking this to the max! I will never recommend anyone take their vehicle here. This is not a business you can trust. More

Unhappy 2019 Trax buyer I purchased a 2019 Trax that has malfunctioned twice. Of course Philips Chevrolet’s Service department is saying the diagnustics testing is not showi I purchased a 2019 Trax that has malfunctioned twice. Of course Philips Chevrolet’s Service department is saying the diagnustics testing is not showing any signs of a problem. I had terrifying episodes twice and I had to throw the car out of drive to get it yo stop. The car is ready for pick up and I am supposed to just drive it until it happens again. Does someone have to die or get seriously hurt before someone will take ownership that there is a problem. Instead I am stuck with a car that I’m scared to drive. The salesperson (Mr William Powell) started ignoring me. I’m stuck. More
