Want an easy car buying experience? The experience I had at Phillips Chevy was great. They had a great variety to choose from and many associates whom which are very helpful. We went in to see a Chevy Sonic 2013 (which was listed online). Richard S. , came and set us up with the vehicle, took us out for a test drive, and gave us an amazing deal! Walter, the manager, was willing to work with us and was very comical. Definitely making the process considerably easy. Finishing up the deal with Paul was great, a real nice guy to do business with, and works efficiently and quickly to get you in an out. Overall my experience was awesome and these guys treat you like family and are more than willing to go out of their way to work with you and set you up with a great car. Even after the purchase they continue give the occasional call just to follow up that all is well with the car and to let them know if there's anything they can do for you. If there's a place to check out for a car. Rich, Paul, Walter and the rest of the guys at Phillips Chevy are the people to go to. More

Vince was fantastic! I brought my 2014 Chevy Impala in for some warranty work. I was a bit disappointed about 2 things: 1. I live in Indiana and Phillips (Frankfort) dril I brought my 2014 Chevy Impala in for some warranty work. I was a bit disappointed about 2 things: 1. I live in Indiana and Phillips (Frankfort) drilled into my bumper to install a front license plate bracket which are not required in Indiana. 2. In less than 4,000 miles on the car, the driver's side rear quarter glass plastic/chrome trim came off. Not sure how or where but happened sometime during our awful winter. I live much closer to the Lansing store so I dropped my car off asking if the trim could be replaced and if the bumper could be filled in once the front license plate bracket was removed. Vince saw to it that both of these things were done and had them claimed under warranty. The glass has to be completely removed and installed as a new unit. The body shop that was to perform the patchwork was 4-5 days out. Vince suggested to the dealership that they swap bumpers off of a new car in the lot so I could have my car in time for the weekend. Vince impressed me on several levels. For starters, this was warranty work and he didn't have a chance to upsell me on anything but still treated my concerns as a number one priority. What really impressed me was his constant communication, I am a "car guy." I can't tell you how many dealerships/shops have serviced my cars and I had to constantly call them for a status on my repair. Vince made sure he called me everyday with an update. This wasn't annoying, this was professional. I even called the service manager Dennis to commend Vince on his job well done. I also agreed to write this review on his behalf.
