Would avoid going here for service. I went for an oil change and was told my RDX with 16,000 miles was "asking for" $900 in service. I have never heard this before and the rep was no hel I went for an oil change and was told my RDX with 16,000 miles was "asking for" $900 in service. I have never heard this before and the rep was no help in telling me what I really needed. I just got an oil change and tires rotated and was under $100. I don't like being treated this way to be upsold so badly. More

Great car, our seventh Acura. Great Service! J-Lo, John Lozono gave us great service when purchasing our new 2018 TLX. He made sure we had Michelin tires on our car instead of the standard tires J-Lo, John Lozono gave us great service when purchasing our new 2018 TLX. He made sure we had Michelin tires on our car instead of the standard tires. But, what was really great was that he actually came to our home and spent over two hours helping us thru all of its new features, including pairing the Home-Link system to our garage doors. Now , while we didn't learn everything then, it certainly was a "leg-up" and has saved us a LOT of potential confusion in the near future. John was very detail oriented, friendly, patient and professional. If you buy a car thru him you will get outstanding service! More

a good place to buy a car I use the Acura dealership for both sales and service. Fred Peralta (sales) and Todd George (service) are my go to people. I leased my new 2018 Acura TLX with Fred Peralta and will return in 3 years to replace that car. I hope Fred will be be available to make it as pleasant as this experience was. Todd George has been my service consultant for the last 21/2 years. He has made it worth the long ride from Scottsdale for all my service needs, suggested I replace my 2015 and introduced me to Fred Peralta. Thanks all and very happy holidays. More

AMAZING experience I have back in an Acura for about a week now. I had driven Acura in the past and always loved them. About 7 years ago I went to another vehicle; when I have back in an Acura for about a week now. I had driven Acura in the past and always loved them. About 7 years ago I went to another vehicle; when it was time to look for something newer after much research and test driving of many other brands I am back to Acura. I have always loved Acura but I had to find something that was going to fit the needs of my family and my budget. Of course when I drove the RDX I loved it 1 block from the dealership. It was hands down the vehicle I really wanted. I was already so frustrated with my dealings with other sales persons and frustrated with the whole buying process that when I contacted Alex Gonzalez at Acura of Peoria he got an earful! lol He was more then understanding and I could really tell he was listening to me and not just trying to sell me something and move on to the next client. I had advised that I don't buy the same day; that is not how I do things I have to see all the numbers and do my research and think about it. I said "it this is the car for me and it is meant to be then the car will still be available when I make my decision" Alex didn't push or try to force the sale he was the exact opposite of the 6 other sales people I had dealt with at other dealerships. He didn't call me every day/multiple times a day which is just plain annoying and is the quickest way to not get my business. Alex respected the fact that I asked for time to think about it. That means so much to me, may be just a little thing to some people however to me that was huge. I wasn't sure about driving to Peoria to buy a car as that is a 40 minute commute for me, however I wanted to see an Acura and had been blown off by Acura of North Scottsdale so I decided to make the drive. I am go glad I did. Everyone I worked with was great and even when I was waiting others in the dealership would talk with me and really made me feel welcome. I had a couple minor things I noticed after I purchased and had drove it for a few day (I purchased pre-owned) I reached out to Alex and he got me set up with service on the day and time that worked best for me. I worked with Vince in service what a great guy. The customer service level throughout all of Acura of Peoria was outstanding!!! Sadly at most places customer service has gone out the window. I was nice to see that some places still value their clients and value high level of customer service. I am very excited to be back in an Acura and very the top happy with Acura of Peoria. Best of all my RDX is son approved.. that's a big deal in my family! lol More

Warranty Work I took my car in for warranty repairs and was taken care of completely by the Great Team at Acura of Peoria. We don't normally purchase warranties on cars we purchase but did this time. I can say at first I was concerned by having to take my car back right away with repairs needed but with a used car I know this can happen.
