Have leased my last three Acura’s from this dealership. Alex was very nice to work with in leasing our new TLX. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and delivered on his promises. Horrible service experience! I had a appointment with service manager Vince to have a timing belt changed. I have purchased two rdx’s from this dealership which was plesent. I arrived, Vince left for the day was a no show for our appointment and I felt blown off. Seriously..what kind of luxury vehicle service department treats customers like this. Nobody in the service department seemed to know anything about my appointment nor want to assist. These guys are jerks and I’ve spent a lot of money has n the past with service. More

Best dealership we've ever dealt with We live close to another Acura dealership, but travel 45 min from home to Acura of Peoria. We have leased many vehicles from them over the years, and always get personal, friendly, and fair dealing. Ben Quail, the general manager, and Alex Gonzalez, treat us like old friends (we are by now) and make our experience very pleasant and painless. Of course, they make great deals, too. Service dept is excellent as well. We cannot speak more highly of this dealership and the staff there! Worth going out of your way for, no matter where you live in the Phoenix metro area. More

Poor service Am having trouble with tech package in 2017 RDX. They tell me there is no fix . They will not do anything to make it right . Will not work with me .
