I went to Universal for a Nissan truck. I took a test drive and the salesman gave me a price. I wanted more for my trade so he got a sales manager Victor to see if it is possible. The I took a test drive and the salesman gave me a price. I wanted more for my trade so he got a sales manager Victor to see if it is possible. The sales manager Victor took over and tried to high pressure me into buying it. He replied to my objections with rude responses. This went on for a while until I stood up and loudly told him "I don't need this truck and I don't need to listen to this." Another manager came over and I told him about Victor's rude behavior. Victor doesn't work on commission so he doesn't care if the sale is lost. No more Universal Nissan for me More

All dealerships are the same; bait & switch and take up an entire day. I regret buying the scam “Certified Pre Owned” cost me $900 in repairs at the local dealership one week later and was missing bod an entire day.
