Could have been 5 stars When I first got there, I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The first two people I met seemed like they could care less about me. Then, my service advisor showed up and I felt like I mattered. Vicki was awesome!! Then a girl offered me water. The gentleman who retrieved my vehicle when it was time to go was also very friendly. This was my first visit and it should have been five stars. First impressions really do count. More

Easiest Car Buying Experience EVER! From the moment that I walked into Palmer's Airport Hyundai, Andrew, and the entire staff present, greeted my mother and I, at the door, with a warm, From the moment that I walked into Palmer's Airport Hyundai, Andrew, and the entire staff present, greeted my mother and I, at the door, with a warm, friendly smile, a firm handshake, and was very respectful. Andrew sat us down, actually listened to what I did, and did not want out of a deal, and even listened to my current difficult situation, which led to my need for a car. What was a breath of fresh air is that through this whole process, Andrew was very transparent, and I kept the same transparency with him. I'd seen an SUV online, for a great price, so Andrew searched high and low for that car, but it'd been sold. No biggie. It was a Hyundai, I'm at the Hyundai dealership, what else ya got, right? Andrew found another SUV, Chevy Traverse (I love Chevy's) for an even BETTER price, and showed it to me. Great price, it was clean as a whistle, low miles, and was my dream car. Andrew didn't know that, but I told him later. Long story short, Andrew took everything I told him I wanted, and he and the finance guy were able to cut me a deal with the EXACT specifications I laid out that I wanted in record timing. He already knew I'd reject their first offer, so he made SURE they gave me what I wanted in my deal. I walked in at 6:00PM on a Monday, and by 7:45PM, I was signing my finance paperwork with Edward McMurphy, who is also awesome and incredibly efficient with the finance paperwork. I took delivery of my car a few days later, to allow for inspections, detailing, and to finalize the paperwork from the bank. I've had maybe 1 or 2 issues with the car, Andrew, Vicki, Edward, a few guys in the Service Dept., and even the young ladies at the reception desk have been super helpful in making sure they're resolved, quickly. I've had car deals before, but none that were so incredibly easy. I've had serious anxiety behind even having to walk into dealerships, and if I'd know it would be so easy, I would've leapt but for anyone serious about buying, I'll be sending them to Andrew and the superb staff at Palmer's Airport Hyundai. More

Both Eastern Shore (my normal dealer) and Palmer's had the same service at the same price, and on a terrible rainy day with traffic jammed downtown, I opted for Palmer's and was in and out of there without an appointment in under two hours. Who is Manny Mota? say the millennials at Palmer's … that's what Google is for … thanks. More

Sales great service bad David in sales was great. Went in for service on July 3. They were surprise that i would drop in for 3000 mile service. I have never heard of needing David in sales was great. I have owned Toyotas, Oldsmobiles, Chrysler, Ford, Hondas. Your blue link can read my care mileage but nobody has updated them as to my July 3rd oil change. More
