So I bought my first car 11 months ago. When I bought it I told them money should be taken off for the tires being bad bc there was a sticker in the windshield from inspection stating the t When I bought it I told them money should be taken off for the tires being bad bc there was a sticker in the windshield from inspection stating the tires were bad. To which they told me that was just part of the process the car goes through before it can be put on the lot. I am now having to pay over 700$ to have FOUR brand new tires put on bc my tires are severely dry rotted and are the original tires from 2019. I am a single mother with a little one who just started school and they knew that I needed a reliable vehicle with no problems for my child and they lied to me about something I knew about and made me feel crazy even tried to reassure me the tired were in great condition and allowed me to drive off that lot with a car with compromised tires on it with my 3 yr old child in the backseat. I have called to speak to management and have yet to speak to anyone, I’ve been calling and they will not return a phone call. I am severely upset and utterly baffled that’s how they treat their clients just to get a sale. Something could’ve happened to my child while in that car due to those tires being in the condition they are in. More
