Facility was clean and well maintained. TV in wait area was on and not offensive in loudness or choice of programming. Staff was friendly and active. Customer waiting setting was comfortable and much better than hard plastic chairs encountered at other facilities. More

I took my car in for an oil change. The service light was on and needed to be checked. My thermostat was stuck and not heating properly. Made another appointment and had it fixed. After The service light was on and needed to be checked. My thermostat was stuck and not heating properly. Made another appointment and had it fixed. After I left my car started over heating. They got my car towed back to the service center, got me a loaner car and got my car fixed. They went above the call of duty. I am very pleased how well I was treated. More
