don't know where to start all I can say is God is Good all the time. Neal, Hector, Sabrina, And the whole sales teams at Hyundai of Mobile is awesome My God. The went above and beyond. Working tirelessly all the time. Neal, Hector, Sabrina, And the whole sales teams at Hyundai of Mobile is awesome My God. The went above and beyond. Working tirelessly to get me in a car. And they did just that. Neal thank you for your prayers and blessings And hard work. And for being a amazing sales Guy. Hector you are the man. You put a smile on my face and I'm still smiling.you did that thank you for everything. And to the Hyundai of Mobile team you all are Awesome. And you will have my business from here on out. The new Tucson has two problems: display lights too dim to see and charger heats phone too much and too slow to be of use. Jessica in service acted as though we were idiots in trying to tell her of proble to see and charger heats phone too much and too slow to be of use. Jessica in service acted as though we were idiots in trying to tell her of problems. She said it wouldn't show in daytime; wasn't supposed to. Yes, you are supposed to be able to see if heat warmer for seats are on and the temp of climate control, but she wouldn't listen. When we showed her door guards had been put on incorrectly leaving ragged edges and places that didn't adhere, she said, "Oh, they just forgot to take that off before delivery." HUH? We paid $1900+ for that feature to protect car from chips but she was convinced nothing was wrong. Also she said charger was not made to charge for extended period even though it is slow to charge. (So can't leave phone on it too long, but have to leave phone on long time in order to charge. USELESS piece of technology!@!) Online I found now there are hundreds of people voicing the very same complaints about their Tucson. The door guards were replaced by maintenance team, but we were told there is nothing they can do about display lights or charger. We probably wouldn't have bought this car had we known the truth before buying. Now we've had the car 19 days and still cannot get a tag for paperwork has not arrived. WTH? Not sure I'd recommend this dealership, though Manager Hector did give us a good price on it. The dealership is clean and nice; most of the staff seemed helpful.
