Long wait I came for a tire rotation and I waited in the lobby for about 2 hours until I went to ask someone what was taking so long. She went to the back and I came for a tire rotation and I waited in the lobby for about 2 hours until I went to ask someone what was taking so long. She went to the back and got my car. Then the bill was twice as much as was quoted online. More

Extremely disappointing This isn't directly against the dealership, but more against the online service scheduling system. I scheduled my car for work about 2 weeks out due This isn't directly against the dealership, but more against the online service scheduling system. I scheduled my car for work about 2 weeks out due to my work schedule. The system offered me time slots and I selected one. When I arrived for my appointment, I learned the service center did not know of my appointment until the day of and so had double booked the time slot. Additionally, as this was for recalls, I learned there was inadequate time set aside to complete the repairs. I ended up wasting 2 hours of time, time off from work, and still got nothing done. If you offer online scheduling, it must be integrated into your system. If you have known work, include information about how long the work will take when arranging my appointment. There's no excuse to give me an appointment and me find out it will take 3.5 hours to complete only once I arrive. Take 30 seconds to look at the workload and CALL ME if there's not time. (This last part IS for the service department. ) More
