The car sales process is interesting. The vehicle I ended up purchasing was not in the same condition as the photos indicated. It was evident the car had been in multiple accidents with The vehicle I ended up purchasing was not in the same condition as the photos indicated. It was evident the car had been in multiple accidents without cosmetic damages addressed. I was also told I had to pay $997 more than list price because they automatically add a non-optional package to the vehicle (nitrofill, interior protection, etc). I expressed my concerns to the sales person and sales manager. I initially was told all vehicles are "sold as is." After further discussion, they eliminated the cost of the extra package and addressed the cosmetic issues. I am grateful for that but shouldn't have had to do that much wrangling to get it addressed. More
