I had a couple of minor problems with my Cadillac that she got the reconditioning manager involved to have our problems fixed. After the usual high pressure sales tactics, Amanda and Royal were a refreshing change. Shopping online we found an XT5 we wanted to drive. It was well worth the drive and time. He answered any and all questions demonstrating excellent knowledge regarding any and all aspects of vehicle options and processes and procedures. He carefully and energetically made the process move along thoroughly and with a demonstrated focus on valuing my time while not rushing. I could not be more pleased nor satisfied with Chance and of course the new vehicle. Chance took the initiative to request vehicle information and photos to expedite the vehicle evaluation process prior to my arrival at Royal. He also carefully explained the various warranty options being offered with out and undue pressure but with thoroughness.
