The dealership was really nice. I hadn’t driven in 23 years, so Tyler drove me there and drove the car I bought back to where I live because I was to out of practice to drive. The rating for this dealership is based on the Service department and the finance Manager - Tyler Ross. The sales group would get a lower rating. We know that bargaining is part of the process, however, department and the finance Manager - Tyler Ross. The sales group would get a lower rating. We know that bargaining is part of the process, however, we do not accept lying. Being told that we had to accept and pay an exorbitant price for the "Pulse", which is added at the dealership, is not acceptable. We stated we did not want it, but was told it was already on the vehicle. It was not. Luckily we managed to get our money back. The bright spot in the purchase process was the finance manager Tyler Ross. He managed to convert the Toyota extended warranty we had on our trade-in to our new vehicle at a very reasonable cost. He also handled all after sales issues (The Pulse, out of state vehicle registration, extra coverage information, & getting money back for dealer incorrect trade-in payoff value) when our salesman did not respond to our email and calls. More
