I've been using Honda of Columbia to service my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback for a few years. All of the service advisors I've worked with over the years have been great. This visit was my first time work Honda Civic Hatchback for a few years. All of the service advisors I've worked with over the years have been great. This visit was my first time working with my service advisor, Troy Foate. He was very polite and professional. He called me to let me know he was going to order some necessary parts for my car and would get it back to me as soon as possible. He called me back, emailed and text me when it was ready.
