Kayla has become my "go to" when I need service. I have had all of my service done at the Honda of Columia service department over the years and for the past several Kayla was the service advisor fo I have had all of my service done at the Honda of Columia service department over the years and for the past several Kayla was the service advisor for most of it. The most recent example is I received an 'exhaust system' error code. I took it in and Kayla said it could be fuel injectors but that she would reset the light and for me to bring it back in if the light came back on. Well fastforward about a week and a half and ping the light is back on. I set an apppointment and Kayla let me know that it was indeed a fuel injector issue. She also let me know that since I had purchased an extended warranty that I would have to pay $0 for the repair. All I paid for was a 1 day rental and within 24hrs I had my CRV back with 4 brand new fuel injectors. More
