Based on previous experience with car dealers, I dreaded looking for a new vehicle. A very welcoming young lady greeted my husband and I in the parking lot and introduced us to Troy Foate who I had spoken looking for a new vehicle. A very welcoming young lady greeted my husband and I in the parking lot and introduced us to Troy Foate who I had spoken to on the phone a few weeks earlier. Troy was a pleasure to work with. He made the sales process so much more pleasant and was very knowledgeable and helpful. A big thank you also to Regis Fanning in the Finance Dept. At no time were we unduly pressured to purchase more than requested. We will definitely recommend Honda of Columbia to anyone we come in contact with looking to purchase a vehicle. More

We purchased our 2007 Honda Odyssey from the Hendrick group back in 2010 and have used Honda of Columbia for service ever since. Recently, with 230k miles on the odometer and a $3,000 AC repair looming, group back in 2010 and have used Honda of Columbia for service ever since. Recently, with 230k miles on the odometer and a $3,000 AC repair looming, it was finally time for an upgrade. My wife was the primary driver of the Odyssey and the buyer for this new vehicle. We wanted to test drive the Passport, Pilot, and CR-V to find the right fit. Our salesperson, Troy, was fantastic—he took his time and walked her through the features and interior accessories of every model. We eventually decided on the CR-V. This was truly the easiest car-buying experience I’ve had since my very first purchase in 1974! More

Had an awesome experience today purchasing a new Honda Pilot. This was my second time buying a new Honda from this dealership and can’t recommend these guys enough. We recently purchased a vehicle and Zack made the process so easy and stress free! He took time to show us each vehicle we wanted to look at, pointing out the pros and cons based on our family needs. We visited several times and never once did he pressure us to made a decision. Once the decision was made he, along with Regis (in finance) celebrated with us as we joined the Honda of Columbia family. You won't find a nicer salesperson, finance person or dealership in the area. We will forever recommend friends and family alike to see Zack when needing to purchase a new vehicle. More

You can tell Tony is dedicated to customer satisfaction and will work to get you a great price. Regis Fanning, the Finance Manager, is a very nice guy and was helpful, even when we changed our minds on some of the extra warranty offers. This is our second purchase from Honda of Columbia, we purchased a Pilot 11 years ago that still runs like a Honda should because of the excellent maintenance it had from their Service Center. You were right Tony, I'm loving my upgrade to the Passport Elite! Just like before, it was a positive, customer-focused experience worth returning for. Go see Tony at Honda of Columbia, you won't regret it!! More
