Hi Diana, This is my final attempt to resolve this matter amicably. I have not received the sensors I paid for, and despite repeated calls and attempts to contact both you and your representative, I have received no response. Your continued lack of communication leaves me no choice but to formally demand an immediate full refund. Please process the refund without delay and provide written confirmation once completed. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue other remedies to recover the funds. Mike Sheldon
