Paid to replace four TPMS sensors at Toyota of Hollywood,
at an already overpriced rate. I waited two hours, was told it would take two more, then later was told parts were missing and to come back the next

The next day they said the car was ready. It wasn’t. TPMS still didn’t work. When I called, I was told the sensors were never replaced even though I had already paid for them, and that the parts would arrive in two weeks.
Two weeks have passed with zero follow-up.
Overcharging is one thing, but overcharging and not doing the work, then failing to communicate, is unacceptable. I would not recommend servicing your vehicle here.

This is my final attempt to resolve this matter amicably. I have not received the sensors I paid for, and despite repeated calls and attempts to contact both you and your representative, I have received no response.
Your continued lack of communication leaves me no choice but to formally demand an immediate full refund. Please process the refund without delay and provide written confirmation once completed. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue other remedies to recover the funds.
