My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with our most recent trip to Jim M’Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake. Shane Mageland was the salesman that was able to get me in the driver’s seat of the SUV I really wanted to buy - a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum AWD in Scarlet Ember with the Charcoal leather interior. S in the driver’s seat of the SUV I really wanted to buy - a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum AWD in Scarlet Ember with the Charcoal leather interior. Shane (and Kamil) were able to get the toughest part of buying a new vehicle - the “out-the-door” deal - over the finish line. Beyond getting me what I thought was the best deal, Shane made sure I was happy with all aspects of the post-sales experience. The bottom line is that I’d happily recommend M’Lady to anyone in the market for a new Nissan, and that if they’re lucky enough to have Shane as their salesman, I’m sure he’ll work just as hard for them as he did for me!
