from mlady nissan on may 14, 2026 and i had a sub-prime lender Flagship and the finance manager who filled out my contract put the last digit of my phone numbee as a 6 instead of a 3 and i had to complete my welcome call to verify and authenicate my information and since the phone number was not right Flagship could not call me and mlady nissan called me a week and a half after i purchased the car providing me with the number to call Flagship and i called them i wasn't foing to complete the welcome call until mlady nissan wrote up a new contract with not extended warranty on it and they refused and i refused to complete the welcome call until they fixed the contract and they told me i had to return the car and i returned the car on May 29th, 2026 and general manager and finance manager refused to return my down payment as the deal fell through and i backed out of the deal i return the new 2026 nissan sentra sv to mlady nissan with only 106 mles on it and i bought the car with 23 miles on it and i had to travel 40 miles to purchase the car and bring the car back...mlady nissan is violating illinois consumer fraud and deceptive business practices act (815 ILCS 505/2C) and mlady nissan general manager, finance manager, said they do not care if they do not refund my down payment even though i backed out of the deal because i had the car for almost two weeks but remember finance manager put a different number on my contract and i had to contact the bank after they gave me the number i would not reccomend anyone purchasing a car from mlady nissan and please no one from mlady nissan "customer care" reach out to me because i have asked many times for my down payment to be returned and i have not gotten my down payment back and mlady nissan has not been respectful of my time and my needs

As explicitly stated in my review, I have already spent a significant amount of time and money traveling to your dealership and dealing with conflicting information from your staff. Also Tamer Shams was also at the dealership along with the owner and everyone said I was not getting my down payment refunded.
My needs are simple and entirely factual: I require the full refund of my $500 down payment, which is being wrongfully withheld by mlady nissan after a third-party financing arrangement fell through due to a data-entry error and services not as advertised by your finance team.
M'Lady Nissan already has my correct contact information as i have called many times. If management genuinely wishes to resolve this situation, you do not need me to call another number or speak to another person...you can mail the $500 refund check directly to my address on file. If the dealership chooses not to return my funds then this will have to be disputed through the state of Illinois...as stated Mlady Nissan dealership is knowingly violating the illinois consumer fraud and deceptive business practices act (815 ILCS 505/2C)
