Rude salesman! This Manly Honda dealership sold me a used Tesla without providing sufficient mileage to drive home despite the fact that I told Mr. Gage Smith the This Manly Honda dealership sold me a used Tesla without providing sufficient mileage to drive home despite the fact that I told Mr. Gage Smith the driving distance from Elk Grove the day before the appointment. It took me nearly 6 hours at the dealership mostly waiting for the car to be charged. I needed to leave at the end of the day despite questionable mileage sufficient to drive home. Accidentally I kept the charging adapter by the dealership (about $16-$20 on Amazon). Without this adapter, I would be stranded if the car doesn’t have enough charge for me to drive home. I cannot use Tesla charging station due to the fact that it needs a few days to register a new car. While driving home, Mr. Smith phoned me twice which I could not answer since I don’t have a car phone holder. He then texted me a “rude/nasty message “ inquiring about the adapter. Without even asking if I was able to get home safely. Obviously this salesman does not care about his customer’s safety and put a $16 adapter as his top priority, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Update: Manly Honda management contacted me providing apology the next day. Given the effort and the willingness to improve the service. I award this dealership a new positive rating. More
