Went in to see about a slow leak on passenger side rear tire- turns out it was nail in the center of the tire. Todd had me in/out within an hr as promised-as a walk in. Napleton is Average I wasn't pleased with Todd who serviced my Vehicle. After waiting an extended time which I was fine with knowing from previous Maintenance. He however, did not come and Notify Me m serviced my Vehicle. After waiting an extended time which I was fine with knowing from previous Maintenance. He however, did not come and Notify Me my car was finished! I waited and waited, went to service area! I saw Todd, asking him how much longer! He informed Me my car had Been Finished! However, Earlier he came in the Front Showcase, after he called Me on my Phone to tell me abt Service Detail!🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️ More

I took my car in because it was making noises when I drove it I waited 4 hours for them to tell me what could be the issue after I had to remind them that I was there. Miraculously they said they could drove it I waited 4 hours for them to tell me what could be the issue after I had to remind them that I was there. Miraculously they said they could have it fixed before closing which was in 45 minutes to an hour but after driving out of the dealership the car was still making the same noise. After trying to reach out to my service representative multiple times I still have not heard back from him And that was two weeks ago. I really don't believe any service was done. More

We had a transmission issue with our brand new Terrain (bought in WI) and were 300 miles from home. Todd, Jim, and Roman took care of us from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly kind and help (bought in WI) and were 300 miles from home. Todd, Jim, and Roman took care of us from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, getting our situation diagnosed and into another vehicle (Thanks, Joe!) so we could continue on our journey. Throughout the repair process they kept us informed of the status of the vehicle. We cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff were, all of them, addressing our issue immediately upon arrival, and working with us to resume our trip. Highly recommend Napleton GMC!! More
