The appointment was set for 2 pm, but I had to wait for at least 15-20 minutes before a service advisor arriv the service for my Chevy Traverse 2024. The appointment was set for 2 pm, but I had to wait for at least 15-20 minutes before a service advisor arrived. After the service, we didn’t receive a call to pick up the car. I had to call to find out that the vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, it wasn’t washed or vaccinated and was returned in its original dirty condition.
