Lack of communication. The general manager refused to speak with me. Even when I brought my car in for service he never came to talk to me to see why I wanted to talk to The general manager refused to speak with me. Even when I brought my car in for service he never came to talk to me to see why I wanted to talk to him. When I brought my car in for the service they did not identify that I needed a state inspection. They at first did not want to perform it. It does not appear they did the tire rotation. I am hesitant to for them to service my car again. More
