I took my vehicle into the service department for a specific problem, air suspension, (A/S). The service department kept the vehicle for 2 weeks, only to tell me only to charge me $900 for an A/S senso specific problem, air suspension, (A/S). The service department kept the vehicle for 2 weeks, only to tell me only to charge me $900 for an A/S sensor. Once I got the vehicle back, the problem still existed. I returned the vehicle back to the service department, but this time they wanted $1400 to fix the problem, replace the A/S. When asked why this wasn't found the first time around, it was blamed on the technical manual, (T.M.), stating that, "The T.M. don't call for them to look further, if a problem has discovered." I call B.S.! When when sending a picture of the A/S, there was an obvious link in p)ain view. When does a T.M. overrides common sense! More

Lack of communication. The general manager refused to speak with me. Even when I brought my car in for service he never came to talk to me to see why I wanted to talk to The general manager refused to speak with me. When I brought my car in for the service they did not identify that I needed a state inspection. They at first did not want to perform it. It does not appear they did the tire rotation. I am hesitant to for them to service my car again. More
