My experience at Arlington Lexus. I took my car back to the dealership because of the 5,000 mile inspection and a noise I heard coming from the rear suspension. The parts were ordered, Tom called to inform me the parts were in, we set up an appointment, I brought the car in and it was repaired. So far, so good. More
