Best Service Department! Tom Prondzinski in the Service Department is the best. Always greets me by name and has a loaner ready to go if I need service. Since 2/2018 as part of the L-Certified pgrogram I have taken advantage of the 4 free services and serviced my vehicale with Lexus of Arlington. All members of your customer care team have been good but I would like to call out Mr. Tom Prondzinski for his excellent customer service.
