My experience was amazing with Five Star Ford in Dallas. I was looking for a Dark Horse, and it was hard to find a dealer with an allocation. I also worked with Corey White when picking the car up and he had amazing knowledge on performance vehicles. As someone who was getting their first performance car, working with him was invaluable. Lastly, I worked with Tarek Salama and he was very transparent during the financing process, and I knew exactly where my money was going and everything. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and Five Star fails that test for me. While my salesman was likeable, the lack of follow through on my concerns with the vehicle appearance at delivery negated any good feelings I had going into the purchase. I scheduled to return my vehicle to have a paint chip touched up that was already on the vehicle prior to me taking delivery. I stated that I was not happy that the white marker labels were left on my black wheels. After getting my vehicle back, the white marker labels were still there. The lack of awareness by the prep/detail crew is confounding. I ended up removing the stickers myself. When it came to the finance department, this dealership hit a new low for me. I already knew my approved rate and term, but the finance guy quoted a 1% higher rate. He said that if I purchased the extended warranty and the maintenance agreement, he would lower my rate by 1%, bringing it back down to the advertised FMC rate. Then, I noted that a new add-on was included on the buyer's order he wanted me to sign. It contained a "vin etch" item for $499. I told him that I did not want or need that item. He stated "it is already on the vehicle, so you have to pay for it". Tied selling is still illegal in this country, but this guy doesn't seem to care. The best surprise with that "vin etch", it is not installed on my vehicle. Fraud and deceit is not something I take lightly. More

I asked Yama to make this process easy and painless so as to not take a ton of my time - and he exceeded my expectations! He let me take the vehicle to show my wife and daughter, I returned to tell him that to not take a ton of my time - and he exceeded my expectations! He called me just a couple of hours later to tell me everything was ready. 30 minutes later, I am driving home. This is a far cry from past experiences at car dealerships. Yama listens, follows up and follows through. Great experience! More
