I have been looking for a Shelby Snake for a few years now and found these guys on CarGurus, went in to look at one on the website and bought the one on the show room floor. Tarek Salam should not work with the public, he was dishonest with us during the financing, he cheated & manipulated us & fail to disclose to us the truth about the interest rate it was offered to us b dishonest with us during the financing, he cheated & manipulated us & fail to disclose to us the truth about the interest rate it was offered to us by DATCU, this employee obviously he violated RESBA rules & regulations & he intentionally deceived us without provide & disclose to us the accurate IR & the nature and costs of the financing we are about to undertake. regrettably to say the dishonesty is in his DNA. FIVE STAR FORD DALASS is great dealership with many good employees, However, this rotten tomato should be fired. More

Looking for leasing a new electric vehicle, decision was between Ford Mustang Mach E and Tesla Model 3. First stop was by Five Star Ford since they open earlier than Tesla. Sales guy, Alex Quinones was kind between Ford Mustang Mach E and Tesla Model 3. First stop was by Five Star Ford since they open earlier than Tesla. Sales guy, Alex Quinones was kind, open, honest, resourceful and cooperative so we ended up leasing a new Ford Mustang Mach E after doing driving test for both vehicles within Five Star facilities. Only (-) is that it took almost 4 hrs to complete all paperwork for the leasing, boring process and time consuming, but not sure if this can be improved, at the end we traded in our old vehicle and we picked up the new one same day, very happy.
