Mr. Wright, as my salesperson for the purchase of both an X3 and an X5, has been an exceptional experience with his knowledge of these vehicles with the intricacies of human / car interfaces. The iDrive learning curve has flattened out somewhat with his instruction. He has been an asset for us to evaluate what we wanted on a new car, plus, what was a valid consideration to be added as well. When the salesperson was not available the particular day my wife and I arrived (didn't know it was his day off), Ric was able and willing to spend time with us including a short demo drive. For a Sales Manager position, I consider this way up and beyond normal for a person so busy. He spent the time with us and answered our questions. Even back to the dealership, Ric was always out to greet and see how we were doing. I've never had such an amazing car sales experience, especially from a busy, busy Sales Manager. If I wear a hat, my hat is off to Ric! More
