I learned a lot from her and she followed up with a couple emails to help demonstrate a few items to me. I did my finance, maintenance and enamel purchasing through Jemar DuBose. He clearly and thoroughly talked me through my options. He listened to me and got me the right package on the maintenance options. He also was very thorough and efficient on the financing. Overall, I was really impressed with everyone and my entire experience at The BMW STore. More

We were in a position around the holidays of having to get rid of our old BMW X5 (high mileage and costly repairs), and Dean and Ric worked with us on both price and getting it scheduled into their last January production slot. Plus, they secured us a loaner until our car arrived (way earlier than either of us expected, to boot). The experience was phenomenal. Then when our car arrived, Susan spent an hour walking me through every new option, safety feature, and improvement over our old X5 (and there were alot, since our old car was nearly a decade old).
