I scheduled an oil change for my 23 Accord Touring Hybrid last week with Herb Chambers Honda of Boston. I was met by my advisor, Robert Hall, immediately and although my car only had 6k miles he offered to r last week with Herb Chambers Honda of Boston. I was met by my advisor, Robert Hall, immediately and although my car only had 6k miles he offered to rotate my tires, which he didn’t have to do, but it was appreciated. I also inquired about having my car detailed. He contacted me within the hour to provide the details. When I picked the car up it looked brand new just like the day I picked it from this dealership. I’ve only brought the car in for normal servicing but every time I do, I am always treated very well. We also own a fancy german suv that we paid 6 figures for 2 years ago and Honda cars of Boston treats me like I’m a priority unlike the the other dealership with three letters where they treat me like they’re doing me the favor of servicing our vehicle. More

I took my car to Herb Chambers Honda because of indicator lights coming on. They told me that my vehicle needed $8,000 worth of repairs and charged me $200 for the diagnostic. They did not tell me ahead of t lights coming on. They told me that my vehicle needed $8,000 worth of repairs and charged me $200 for the diagnostic.
