The sales person only quoted MSRP while showing different cars, but when it came to negotiation time, all cars were priced well over MSRP. Additionally, there was the relentless pushing of warranties and add cars, but when it came to negotiation time, all cars were priced well over MSRP. One month later, I was back in the dealership due to a check engine light. My new car has been in service for two weeks due to the cyber attack. All in all, a frustrating experience.
