Friendly staff and a clean, inviting space, however Ive brought my vehicle in 2x for the same issues and they haven’t provided a resolution yet. The first time I got the response of “we need to order a part” which is fine and understandable however when I brought it in the second time, they kept it for 4 days and told me “we need to order a part”. Yes, again. In addition (it’s a brand new vehicle btw) the breaks are making a metallic squeaking noise. Twice they told me that everything was fine and no need to worry it’s “normal” and some hard breaking would fix it, which they claimed they did. 10 minutes later as they were pulling it up it made the same metallic screeching noise. Nice folks, but I’m feeling like I’m getting the run around and they’re wasting my time. Gonna give them one more chance to make it right, we’ll see how it goes. More

Well as for buying a new car I will tell you that you won’t feel the pressure of hard sales. Walk on the lot, poke around. Maybe someone will ask if you need help & leave you be. I was pleasantly surprised when asking about car selections not on the lot I was given the link to off site inventory. Car was cleaned and ready when we arrived. Was a good experience. More

The service team took the time to explain what my car needed and answered all my questions without rushing. They kept me updated throughout the process, and the work was completed on time and done right the first time. My car is running perfectly, and it’s clear they take real pride in their work. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with coffee and snacks—just another sign that they care about their customers’ comfort. Big thanks to the service advisors and technicians at Capo VW! I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and will recommend them to any VW owner looking for reliable, honest service. More

I shopped a handful of dealerships of differing brands - no comparison. The others were transactional and focused on their sale; CapoVW was relational focused on my needs.
