We were outside looking at the cars off to the side and Gerard came out to help us and make sure we were taken care of without even being able to see us out there because of how the dealership is set up with the parking lot in the back. Gerard and Nanika were outstanding. They gave me an incredible deal on my vehicle and went out of their way to assist us in getting the price to as low as they possibly could. Then sterling in the finance department gave us the smoothest and quickest (while still being thorough) paperwork signing and transaction ever. Overall would definitely recommend Dirito Bros Walnut Creek to others. More

10 Stars! 4 years ago I walked into Dirito Brothers and met Gus for the first time. He was so great that I ended up naming my new car after him. I had been thru 4 years ago I walked into Dirito Brothers and met Gus for the first time. He was so great that I ended up naming my new car after him. I had been thru 2 lease trade ins before I met him. The last trade in was not a good experience at all so I decided that was the last time. Gus turned that all around for me by making things good again. He hooked me up and I am very grateful. So I couldn’t refuse to lease once again. When this lease was up I was hoping that Gus was still with Dirito Brothers so he could help me with the buyout. To my surprise he is still there! I told him that I wanted to keep this car because I love it and wasn’t ready to let go. Again my experience at Dirito Brothers with Gus and Sterling was great! I will be continuing to spread the good word about this place because they deserve it. They are the best! More

Derik was great and easy to deal with I had been to several dealerships, and being a single woman with a car to trade in with some issues, felt like other dealerships were trying to take a I had been to several dealerships, and being a single woman with a car to trade in with some issues, felt like other dealerships were trying to take advantage of my situation, which was not the case at Dirito Bro, I asked for what I wanted, Derik and his Sales Manager worked it out and it was really that simple, not at all what I experienced elsewhere. Really appreciated the time Derik spent with me after the purchase to show me about the car, I also made a mistake in purchasing an extended warranty which I did not mean to do, which Sterling (finance person?), Kyle and Derik all made a very simple fix. I was ready to do battle over this and it could not have been easier to fix, the problem took 15 minutes to fix and the Sales Manager was professional and very easy to deal with. More
