Stephen maintained a consistent high level of professionalism, took time, and was patient with my questions (I had many being this was my first Mercedes purchase). He never made me feel any question I had being a novice about cars in general was irrelevant or stupid. Although he was patient and open, he also possessed a confidence that made me certain that I made the right decision for myself and my family. His love and knowledge of the Mercedes brand was evident. Not only was Stephen an expert in the technological aspects of the vehicles, he also knew how to proceed with each and every step of the purchase itself and provided consultation and guidance with my desire to trade in my previous car (which also happened to be purchased at another Rallye dealership). Speaking of Rallye, it is nearly impossible to contemplate the idea of working with any other dealership after purchasing or servicing your vehicle with a Rallye dealership. Their customer service is beyond reproach and in a league of its own. Stephen fits in very well with the Rallye family. Stephen made me feel proud and excited to be the owner of my first Mercedes (even with it being slightly used). He worked with me in terms of ensuring I was receiving the best possible financial offer as well. Stephen was accommodating so very knowledgable about all aspects of the brand and balanced this with a down to earth, individualized approach, making me feel proud, happy and confident as I drove away in my first Mercedes.
