I also was there for a recall and no one explained that to me as well, Was it addressed and replaced? I requested a call and still have yet to get one.

I'm really sorry you've felt overlooked when you come in - that's not okay, and I hate that it's been your experience more than once. Not getting paperwork, having your oil life light left on, and not having the recall clearly explained (especially after requesting a call) is on us. You should never leave here questioning whether the work was done. We're going to look into this with Stephen and the team right away and make sure you get clear answers and the follow-up you've been waiting for.

This dealership has nice people but it is still a
dealership. Nothing but a theving rip-off. GM builds crap and this is a known factory defect. Cost me ~$3600 to fix their factory f-up.

I can understand being upset with the manufacturer - a $3,600 repair for a factory defect is incredibly frustrating. But Randall, Brian, Dan, and Stephen don't build the vehicles, and it's tough to see the dealership take the hit with a 1/5 review when the issue started at the factory level. If there's something specific about your service visit - the pricing, timing, or communication - that we could've handled better on our end, we'd genuinely like to talk through it and make it right where we can.
