My mileage was just under 10,000 miles. I had come for my 10,000 mile service check. I was told I would not be eligible for this until 15,000 because of a time concern, i.e., not enough ti I had come for my 10,000 mile service check. The technician tried to explain this to me several times and I still did not get it. I'm not blaming him. It just was not clear. It would help if this was in writing. More

Was met as soon as we pulled into the service entrance. Took truck to shop and told us to go to the waiting and they would check out transmission, may take about an hour. Returned in less than an hour to i Took truck to shop and told us to go to the waiting and they would check out transmission, may take about an hour. Returned in less than an hour to inform us that they needed to drain and replace the transmission fluid and it would take about an hour. Returned in less than an hour and said it was complete. Told us to drive it for 1500 miles and return if it still caused same problem. More
