My vehicle has been there since May 9, 2024. Customer service is awful. I haven't received any calls as far as the status of my vehicle. I have no idea what's going on because no one will return my phone calls. No ever Mr. Young! They have said I will take their loaner car out of the state. They have tried to get me to pick my car up without finishing the repairs. To bring it back when it's convenient for me. I just want my car repaired and they will never see me again. I've had to escalate this to Hyundai corporation. The management at this dealership need to be replaced with people that care about it's customers. More
