I bought a truck, they took 2 weeks to deliver it, my salesman never called me, they only faxed my paperwork to my insurance company because I had to call them 4 days after the purchase to remind them to do it, they told me they would deliver a car 5 days after the purchase and they did it 2 weeks after. Always when I tried to call them no one was available. Finance manager is so irresponsible and unprepared. Seriously, they are the worst and seems to have no clue how anything works. More

Extremely Happy with Hoffman Hoffman had the exact vehicle that we were looking to purchase on the lot. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and started working with a Hoffman had the exact vehicle that we were looking to purchase on the lot. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and started working with a very knowledgeable salesman. He listened to what we wanted and brought the car to the front of the dealer so that we could look at it and take it for a test drive. As we were driving he explained the features and the positive aspects of the vehicle. When we returned our salesman worked with us to get the car for a reasonable and affordable price. The best part was we were able to drive the vehicle off the lot the same day. We have been to many dealers prior to Hoffman and they were the only ones to work with us to get the best deal. More

If you expect to keep people coming back, don't be so shrewd about your sales quota that you actually laugh at your customer's expense. A small action like that will go a very long way towards losing my business, and the business of several people I would have recommended to your dealership.
