The Best experience I have ever had with a dealership!!! Hoffman Honda has by far exceeded my expectations as being the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My salesman, Simon Karik Hoffman Honda has by far exceeded my expectations as being the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My salesman, Simon Karikari went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted with the payments being within my budget. He was so patient and showed such deep compassion for me and the trials that I had endured with life itself and obtaining my new Honda HRV - EX and I am so appreciative of that. He is an excellent salesman who actually cares about his customers. David Ezedine from the finance department also worked worked a miracle to get me into my dream vehicle within my budget. His positive personality was so uplifting. I feel so blessed to have met these two men and really hope they are rewarded for all they did for me and for their excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and this dealership...they really are the best!!! More

Lack of communication and false promises. I ordered a car in late December and put down a deposit. I was promised by the sales manager that the car would be delivered by February 4th or that I ordered a car in late December and put down a deposit. I was promised by the sales manager that the car would be delivered by February 4th or that they would find one from another dealer. I ended up not needing the car for another 2 weeks, and again was promised it would arrive by mid-February. As we approached that date, I had to reach out to the dealer to ask if the car was still on schedule to arrive. During that time, a new sales manager replaced the one I had been working with. He told me that no, the vehicle would not be there in time and that he could not tell me when it would arrive. I told him I needed the car by the end of February. Again, as the date approached, I had to reach out. Again I was told that no, the vehicle would not be there on time and that they had no idea when the car would arrive. I was then told the vehicle would arrive between March 6-10. Low and behold, March 10th, no car. Hoffman finally provided a loaner after realizing how incredulous I was about the situation. The vehicle finally arrived. the following week, about 11 weeks after we put our initial deposit down. Overall, the lack of communication by the dealership, the absence of information, and the broken promises made this a horrible experience. How is it that I'm to know the exact date and time the socks I ordered will arrive, but they have no idea where a $30K vehicle is? More
