This is probably my 5th visit and first time with Janetta and she has been the most helpful and professionally courteous person to date! The service manager was very helpful and respectable being not my first interaction with him, he's always been a pure gentleman and an expediter in dealing with some unexpected issues. Regardless of the issues Honda service is a place I'd rather not have to visit but feels more like a vacation than a chore! Thanks to Janetta and the service manager, Hoffman Honda sales and service comes highly recommended! More

smooth then rough then smooth met with salesperson. negotiated price. leased car evaluated and lease bought out at acceptable price. completed basic paperwork.. car at another dea met with salesperson. negotiated price. leased car evaluated and lease bought out at acceptable price. completed basic paperwork.. car at another dealership in CT. so far so good. time scheduled to pickup car not so good. dealer worked through issues, however, 7-8 hours late which caused me not to go to catskill mountains that day. completed final paperwork and good to go. Simon was salesperson, Terry was manager, and I think David was business mgr who processed our paperwork. David was great, Terry was good, and Simon was good. Issue was a breakdown in communication with Simon not reaching out to us to inform us of delay. At the end of the day, 7pm, we drove away, heading west to home and not east to NY for the holiday. All in all, things happen and I would still recommend Hoffman. More

New vehicle purchase w/ only a 1/2 tank of fuel!?why Purchased a new 40k Pilot and traded in a 4 yr old CRV ...why, because I was given a letter promising me 20k for my used CRV W/ possibly an extra $6,9 Purchased a new 40k Pilot and traded in a 4 yr old CRV ...why, because I was given a letter promising me 20k for my used CRV W/ possibly an extra $6,900 in addition and first payment made by Honda. Needless to say my salesman went to bat for me but only was able to get me 18k for my car & a few oil changes. New car would mean a happy wife (we all know the other half of the saying) so we took the offer returned the following day to have leather treated and was sent on our way. Upon looking over the "detailing" noticed a few areas not cleaned and vehicle given w/ only slightly over a half tank. It's not the worst thing but I would not go around recommending this dealership- they sold us our last two prior Hondas but will more than likely shop around next time we purchase a new SUV. Hope this was helpful. More

Installing of our new CRV's dealer options I had side moldings and door edge guards installed on our new CRV. They were perfectly align on both sides with no issues.
