I recently worked with BMW of Orland Park to order and purchase a new BMW X1 M35i. I visited a number of dealerships in the Chicago suburbs as I was shopping for the X1, but it BMW of Orland Park that mad purchase a new BMW X1 M35i. I visited a number of dealerships in the Chicago suburbs as I was shopping for the X1, but it BMW of Orland Park that made it easy for me to move forward as they had an allocation for one of the new X1 M35i's. It was the first time I've ordered a vehicle, and I worked with Sid who was patient and thorough in walking me through the process. The Sales Management team was supportive during the negotiations, and I was able to settle in and watch the progress of the construction and shipment of the X1. When it came time to deliver Sid was proactive in helping me complete the paperwork and other admin items which meant I only had to make one trip - this was important because the dealership is about a 45 minute drive from my house. The experience of taking the car in was done efficiently, even though there were a lot of customers in line to get serviced. I felt like I was a priority. Everyone was professional and courteous. I even got there a little late to pick up my vehicle and the person took the time out to help me and get me out the door. It was a great experience, even though no one wants to have to fix their car you guys made it easy And my repair rep was fantastic. I think his name is Richard. He was awesome. I will always come back to you guys for all of my car maintenance and upkeep and I will purchase my next BMW from you guys special thanks to Sid Armoush as well.
