I’ve had consistently negative experiences with Toyota of Hollywood, and at this point I would not trust them with my vehicle again. When I first purchased my car, I noticed it had wheel locks at pickup. Hollywood, and at this point I would not trust them with my vehicle again. When I first purchased my car, I noticed it had wheel locks at pickup. After leaving the dealership, I realized those locks had been removed without my knowledge or consent. When I brought it up, they apologized but tried to justify it by saying they remove items that aren’t “standard.” That is completely unacceptable once I agree to purchase a vehicle as is, nothing should be removed without informing me. That experience alone felt dishonest. It didn’t get better from there. On another visit, I brought my car in early in the morning (around 9 AM) just for a basic service, and it took until 4 PM to get my car back and that was just for cleaning. No communication, no urgency, and no accountability. Everyone just passed the responsibility to someone else. Because of these experiences, I’ve completely lost trust in their service department. My car currently has an airbag recall, and I have honestly been avoiding bringing it in because I don’t feel confident leaving my vehicle with them. Most recently, I called about replacing my battery, which is still under an 84-month warranty. Instead of helping, the representative on the phone was extremely rude. He questioned why I didn’t want to leave my car there, and when I explained my past experiences, he interrupted me and told me to “stop,” insisting that he works for an “honest company.” He kept repeating that statement instead of actually addressing my concern. When I tried to bring the conversation back to the reason for my call, he continued talking over me and became argumentative. At no point did he apologize or try to rebuild trust. I even asked for his name, and he refused to provide it which only adds to how unprofessional this interaction was. This is exactly why I avoid bringing my car here. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership for service or even something as simple as honoring a warranty. More

I'm not happy with your service. I have a new Toyota Camry with 13,000 miles on it, and you couldn't change my oil under warranty because my car is registered in Illinois, even thoug I have a new Toyota Camry with 13,000 miles on it, and you couldn't change my oil under warranty because my car is registered in Illinois, even though I've been living in Miami for six months. So, I'll rate your service 0. Terrible customer service. More
