When it was time to look for a replacement car, we returned to DCH Milburn Audi. We worked with Erik to identify the car we wanted. He is professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and options, and he helped us to identify exactly what we needed in our next car, once again a Q5. We quickly came to agreement of the price, as Erik is honest and does not employ the stereotypical techniques of many car sales people. We believe that the price is very fair. Once we received the car, Erik spent a lot of time explaining all the features and made certain that we were comfortable with the operation of the car.
