Wonderful experience! Kind, helpful, curtious, not pushy, gives suggestions, great personality. We bought a Ford Escape , needed another car, visited 2 other dealers but Kind, helpful, curtious, not pushy, gives suggestions, great personality. We bought a Ford Escape , needed another car, visited 2 other dealers but did not feel comfortable there so returned to Friendly Ford to buy another used car; a used BW. Both cars are almost like new. Thank you Friendly Ford. More
