GO TO THIS DEALER AT YOUR OWN RISK! !! Their negligence could get people KILLED! Friendly Ford in Las Vegas sold me a dangerous vehicle that needed numerous repairs despite it being a !! Their negligence could get people KILLED! Friendly Ford in Las Vegas sold me a dangerous vehicle that needed numerous repairs despite it being a certified pre-owned. When I bought the vehicle, they had installed 2 defective tires, left on 2 cracking old tires that had to be replaced within 10,000 miles, did not check fluid levels, did not fix or notice a cracked transmission bracket and a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir, did not even check if the radiator cap fit, and it took them 2 weeks to get my van after they broke the sunroof and did not bother to expedite the part. Additionally, they did not even file the title information correctly and now I am being harassed by the company I have my loan through because of this. I sent information on my initial issues to general manager Bill Bosnos and heard nothing back. Although they covered some of the original issues that were identified, it was like pulling teeth, and the service manager lied to me and gaslit me on several occasions. I filed a complaint with Ford but they have made it clear that as a company they do not intend to hold negligent dealers such as Friendly Ford accountable. Friendly Ford has made no attempt to reach out and make this issue right. This has been an extremely expensive and scary process to deal with, as I could have been killed at numerous times because of their neglect. I have also lost many days of work over the issues with the vehicle because Friendly Ford could not be bothered to do their jobs correctly. Additionally, I know of another instance where Friendly Ford installed defective tires on a vehicle. As far as I can tell, Friendly Ford is putting customers at risk, and could kill people with the vehicles they are selling. More

Save yourself some time and don't do business here. Salesperson by the name of Sheldon is extremely rude. I called to speak to someone in the finance department and pretty much told me to f*** off. I have bought a few trucks from this dealership but from now on I am going to take my business elsewhere. Sheldon should be trained to be more polite and respectful. Customers like myself are the ones that pay their bills at the end of the day. More

If you’re headed into a Friendly Ford please ask for Sheldon. Car buying can be a daunting task but he made our experience seamless. He was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We happen to stop in with our 2 little boys in tow & Sheldon was able to not only navigate selling us our new F-150 but managed to keep our kids entertained as well. Although, this truck was purchased for my husband it was me who mainly got to deal with Sheldon. I would highly recommend him to anybody that is out there looking to buy a new Ford vehicle. He was great and as I said previously he made our experience very easy. I would also like to give a shout out to Aram in finance he was very personable and was able to listen to our needs to make sure we got the proper warranty package that we needed. Out of all the vehicles I have owned this by far was the best transaction I’ve ever had. Thank you to the whole team at Friendly Ford. More

I was looking for a new Ford Explorer ST. I found one that I liked at Friendly although technically it was "used" because it had been one of their loaner vehicles. The buying process was relatively pain that I liked at Friendly although technically it was "used" because it had been one of their loaner vehicles. The buying process was relatively painless, but from there it's been nothing but a huge headache. In looking the vehicle over, there were a few scratches and things found. They were pointed out to the sales person who agreed to have them taken care of. When it came time to pick up my vehicle from having those things fixed, it was discovered that not only had all of the work NOT been completed, but it had incurred additional damages while in their possession being worked on. The sales person was informed and he brought over a sales manager named Cheryl Thrun. My husband began explaining the situation to her and showing her some of the issues. When she came over to the side of the vehicle I was on, she didn't introduce herself or anything. I began talking about one of the issues with the vehicle and upon completion, she literally looked at my husband, pointed out something towards the front of the vehicle and started asking him a question and walked around where I was, headed to whatever she'd pointed out to him. There was ZERO acknowledgement of me or anything that I said from her. It was like I'd said absolutely nothing. She made a comment about the vehicle having been in their courtesy vehicle fleet. She says "so it's used, not new. It's not going to be perfect and you have to expect that there's going to be some wear and tear." The way she spoke was with such a rude and condescending tone. My husband started to speak, but I cut him off to let her know that being new or used is beside the point and wear and tear isn't the issue. The issue was that the agreed upon work to be done to the vehicle wasn't completed and on top of that, while left in their care, my vehicle had been further damaged by the staff. Cheryl mentioned that parts would have to be ordered and asked if I was going to leave the vehicle there. I told her absolutely not, but that someone could call when the parts arrived so that an appt could be scheduled. Nothing about my interaction with that woman was good. She seemed fine when speaking to my husband, but everything about her changed when she saw me, from the look on her face, to her body language, the tone of her voice and whole demeanor in general. I mentioned it to my husband and we wondered if it had anything to do with our being an interracial couple. He's Caucasian and I am African-American. Maybe it didn't but she was so incredibly rude, dismissive and condescending in her manner. More

Personal touch where other dealerships fall short I'm new to the internet sales/marketing bit, but Friendly took the time to call and actually want to meet with me personally! Especially nice to have I'm new to the internet sales/marketing bit, but Friendly took the time to call and actually want to meet with me personally! Especially nice to have this kind of attitude with what's going on now. Right away I was greeted by the staff and even had my old ride (Mustang) complimented. Working with Sheldon was an absolute pleasure. Drove away with a new truck! ...and yes, I kept the pony. More

Go visit Sheldon over at Friendly Ford! We started our experience over at a different Ford dealership in vegas and it was truly an awful experience. From the minute we stepped into Friendly, We started our experience over at a different Ford dealership in vegas and it was truly an awful experience. From the minute we stepped into Friendly, everything just fell into place. Sheldon was an amazing salesman and really knew what he was talking about. What was best is that, if he didn’t know an answer, he was honest about it and didn’t try to BS us and would find out the answer. This was the best car buying experience we’ve had and will definitely be back for our next! More
